FACULTY

The institute has distinguished and dedicated faculty members, all of whom have several years of experience in academics, corporate sector and research. The institute is also being privileged by the support of established pool of distinguished visiting faculties to cater the educational needs of the students.

Professor with M. Pharm and Ph D. degree, Assistant professors with M. Pharm degrees (pursuing their Ph. D. degrees) and Lecturers with M. Pham degrees is the specialty and goodwill of the institution, which is benefiting the students in a massive way. All the staff members are being encouraged to write and published their articles in national and International journals.

The involvement and teaching methodology of staff members are very efficient and puts major emphasize on two way communications with the students. The institute also promotes personal development of the staff members, the members are being considered for attending various seminars, conferences. They have been given chance to attend various workshops and short term courses. The promotion procedure is very transparent and work culture is very open which ultimately boost the morale of the staff and benefiting the students a lot.

Qualified administrative and support staff is also ensured for smooth operation of the institute activities.

STAFF DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES


Faculty-training programmes for the different departmental teachers are in effect at our institute.

Actual training in the hospitals in different departments viz. medicine, hospital pharmacy, pediatrics, geriatric by attending OPDs and wards of various hospitals.

Training at tissue culture laboratories and also at Ayurvedic colleges.

Training at analytical centers equipped with all latest and sophisticated instruments in various laboratories.

Training at small industries developing different formulations where the staff members get a chance to perform and analyze different functions viz. raw material purchase to marketing of any particular drugs.

Regular Monthly meeting of the Department heads with the Principal and Administrative Incharge ensures continuous evaluation of all the staff members.
