  • Each member is appointed for a term of three years.
  • Meetings are held once or twice a year or as needed, especially for reviewing applications.

  • Industry Collaboration: Forge industry partnerships to enable effective technology transfer.
  • Innovation Identification: Identify and evaluate promising research for commercialization potential.
  • Technology Commercialization: Support licensing and partnerships for market deployment of innovations.
  • Mentoring: Guide students and faculty on pathways to commercialize research.
  • Awareness & Training: Organize capacity-building programs on IP and tech transfer.
  • Legal Assistance: Ensure legal compliance and support in drafting NDAs, MoUs, and other agreements.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Continuously track technology development and report progress to institutional leadership.
