Functions
- Recommend introduction of new programs and courses of Pharmacy faculty as well as value added programs, training programs and certificate courses.
- Preparation of guidelines for new programs and courses and periodic review of implementation of the same.
- Periodically review programs and courses and suggest measures to overcome deficiencies and shortcomings.
- Inculcate innovative practices in teaching and learning.
- Promote and strengthen research and extension activities of the institute.
- Recommend initiatives to be taken by the institute for development as Centre of Excellence and periodic review of the action taken.
- Recommend accreditation of programs as and when required.
- Provide support to the institute and management for alliances and collaborations with various reputed national and international organizations and universities.
- Introduce the management to eminent national and international professors or researchers for acting as guide or visiting faculty.
- Promote national and international academic or research exchange programs for the benefit of students and staff.
- Recommend faculty and non-teaching staff development programs as and when required.
- Recommend Newer Initiatives to achieve vision of the institute.
