Anand Pharmacy College is successfully running a women cell to increase the awareness and raise women related issues and address to gender sensitizing problems. Women cell of APC is also enhance the self-esteem and self-confidence of women students, faculty and staff of the College.

Roles & Responsibilities of Women Cell
- To develop critical thinking ability of women students by keeping them informed in areas like education, employment and health especially reproductive health.
- To promote intellectual and cultural activities for overall personality development of student and to enhance the self esteem and self confidence of women students, faculty and staff of the institution.
- To ensure that appropriate action is taken against the offender.
- To take proactive measures towards sensitization of the institution community on gender issues so that the institution is an excellent work place for all.
- To work in the direction for prevention/action against sexual harassment of women students in association with committee against Sexual harassment of women at workplace.
