National Education Day was celebrated on 11th November 2024 by screening Show on “Contribution of Maulana Azad-First Education Minister of India-in Indian education. 25 students actively participated. Event was organized by IIC, MoE cell, Anand Pharmacy College
Objective of session was to aware students about Maulana Azad contribution like he established Universities like JNU, AMU and Jamia Millia Islamia.
He founded NCERT to promote quality education.
Azad initiated IITs for scientific and technical education.
He emphasized adult education and vocational training.
Azad championed free, compulsory and secular education for all.
