Celebrated on October 15th every year in India, coincides with the birthday of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, a renowned scientist, visionary leader, and the 11th President of India. This dual celebration emphasizes the importance of libraries as gateways to knowledge and the inspiring legacy of Dr. Kalam in promoting education and learning.   Dr. Kalam, often referred to as the “Missile Man of India,” dedicated his life to the advancement of science and education. His belief in the power of knowledge and the importance of libraries is well documented. Dr. Kalam emphasized that “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world,” highlighting the transformative potential of learning. It was attended by 25 students . The program was coordinated by Bakul Valand  Librarian and Ishita Lakahni under the guidance of Dr. Tejal R. Gandhi.
