Anand Pharmacy College, Anand successfully organized GUJCOST sponsored National workshop on Importance of Design Patent & its filing process on 5th April 2021 & Program was supported by SSIP, Govt. of Gujarat & IIC, MOE. Inaugural function was graced by Dr. Alpesh Pathak sir, Global IP head, Intas Pharmaceuticals, Ahmedabad as chief guest & Dr. Poonam Bhargava, Principal scientific officer, GUJCOST, Gandhinagar as GUJCOST representative and presides by Smt. Jyotsanaben Patel, Hon, secretary, Shri ram Krishna Seva Mandal. Scientific sessions were conducted by 3 eminent speakers namely Sanjaykumar Patel, Patent and Trademark Attorney, EXCELON IP Law Firm, Ahmedadbad, Samrat Mehta, IP Attorney and Solicitor- Mehta Legal and Bhavik Patel Patent Attorney at Infinventi IP. Total 213 Participants across the nation were participated. Concluding remarks was presented by Dr. Kalpana patel. The program was coordinated by Dr. Chetna Modi & Ms. Dipika Chavda under guidance of Dr. Tejal R. Gandhi.
