Pride for GTU: First runner-up in 3M- CII Student Innovation Challenge 2014
Dr. Vaishali T. Thakkar, Mr. Soyeb Chakavala, Dr. Nirav Patel under the supervision of Dr. Tejal R. Gandhi is recognised as “First runner-up” for the innovative project entitled “Development of Novel Cross-Linked Antibacterial Hydrogel of Silver Sulfadiazine” in National level 3M-CII Student Innovation Challenge 2014 with cash prize 75,000 at Bangalore on 8th August, 2014. It is a moment of great pride for Anand Pharmacy College to be amongst “First runner-up” across India as Technology and Innovation recognised by in 3M- Confederation of Indian Industry. Anand Pharmacy College was the sole institute of Gujarat and of Pharmacy in India amongst ten corporate finalists.
